During high-volume periods—such as new collection launches or seasonal sales—processing may take slightly longer, but we will always keep you updated via the email address you provided at checkout.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation message. A second notification will be sent once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, along with tracking information when available.

Clove Cloth currently ships to a wide range of locations. During checkout, you will be able to see whether we deliver to your specific address. If your location is not listed, please check back from time to time, as we are always working to expand our shipping network.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Clove Cloth takes great care in packaging your items to withstand the journey to your door. However, once the carrier takes possession of your package, certain risks are beyond our control.

  • Lost in transit: If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, please first check with neighbors or others at your address. If the package remains missing, you may need to file a claim with the carrier. We will provide necessary documentation to support your claim.
  • Stolen packages: We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation. For high-value orders, we recommend using a secure delivery address or requesting signature confirmation at checkout if available.
  • Damaged packages: If your order arrives visibly damaged, please keep the original packaging and all contents. Contact us immediately through clovecloth.com with clear photos of the damage and your order number. We will evaluate each case individually and work with you toward a fair resolution.

Shipping Restrictions
